MASSB Foundation does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, age, national origin (ancestry), religion, creed, disability, marital status, military status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression in any of its activities or operations.
These activities include, but are not limited to:
Disbursement requests delivered by Local Boards to the Trustees for Charitable Purposes authorized by the Trust Agreement shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, age, national origin (ancestry), religion, creed, disability, marital status, military status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
If any member of the MASSB or Executive Committee has reasonable cause to believe discrimination has occurred in any of MASSB Foundation’s activities, operations, or delivery of services, the member shall inform the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall further investigate and take any necessary and appropriate corrective actions.
