From Policy to People:
The Power of Partnership

Join us October 9, 2026 at Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Flintstone, Maryland for board training, advocacy insights, networking, and the Lifting Lives Awards.

Our Mission

We provide resources that support at-risk families, children, and vulnerable adults throughout Maryland through partnerships with local Departments of Social Services.

Our History

Formed in 2007, MASSB Foundation enables fundraising by local boards for social services programs that fall outside of government funding — filling a critical gap in Maryland's social safety net.

Volunteer Driven

Our programs are made possible thanks to a devoted community of volunteers. Less than 1% of our team is compensated, allowing us to direct every dollar donated to helping people.
